The Human Resources Generalist will play a direct role in driving the engagement, development and retention of our employees. In partnership with our HR Business Partner team, they will provide support to our employees on HR initiatives, programs and operations. They will perform tasks to administer and execute training and development, team dynamics training, performance management, employee relations, recognition and engagement activities.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the global HR team on continually identifying opportunities to improve people processes to be efficient and scalable
Execute on-boarding processes for both exempt and non-exempt positions
Communicate benefits, policy and other HR related changes to employees
Participate in the collection, analysis, and presentation of employment data metrics relating to effectiveness, turnover, diversity and inclusion, and other key elements as requested by senior management
Proactively identify the needs of the employees, managers and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions
Conduct/facilitate and assist with training of employees: new hire orientation, leadership training, team dynamics building, on the job training
Assist in performance review process
Assist with employee relations efforts within all functions
Participate in HR training, employee recognition initiatives, intern activities and special projects
Conducts exit interviews and contributes content to the HR web site
Maintain accurate information in electronic and paper employee records

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
3 or more years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced work environment
Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
Organized and detail and task-oriented with the ability to establish priorities and follow up on multiple issues in a time-sensitive manner
Ensure compliance with all state & federal employment programs and practices
Comfortable working under pressure with limited supervision and demonstrate sound independent judgment
Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and collaboration in dealing with individuals at all levels. Must be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential communications with discretion and integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
