As a Customer Service Agent, you will be providing routine service support to our customers who initiate contact with the customer care center. This may involve questions about their accounts, online directions or password resets. You will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service request.
The Agents responsibilities are listed as below:

Responsible to participate in client trainings
Responsible to provide call and online (chat message) support to the customer.
Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
Will need to follow client processes and templates to document during call, after call work as per client standards
Identify calls that they are should be sent to a specialist.
Registration for the Telephonic Timesheet System and/or Website
Assistance with password resets
Instruction and troubleshooting guidance through timesheet submission
Claims submissions
Direct Deposit Setup, Change, or Cancellation instructions
Garnishment Status
General questions regarding timesheets, payment information, or how to use the systems


Checking email through Outlook
Toggling between multiple systems in Windows
Follow instructions to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows
Utilizing three different monitors simultaneously
Multitasking throughout the day in using the computer while speaking with callers on the phone.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $15.00 per hour
