As a Front Desk Clerk, you are responsible for all aspects of guest service. The majority of this is check-in, check-out, reservations, area information, but also any guest requests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome guests with friendly greeting and smile and perform all guest related services. (i.e., wake up/courtesy calls; handle concerns/complaints/requests; provide coffee/newspaper and location information; keep the lobby clean and orderly)
Handle reservation requests; check guests in/out; handle guest accounting and cashier functions
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Communicate with Management and other GSRs, as needed, about problems, requests, and concerns regarding guests or rooms Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
Other duties as assigned
