Overview

Maintains the overall sanitation and safety of the breakfast dining area and prep kitchen

Solely responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
Solely responsible for the daily set up, up keep, and breakdown of the daily continental breakfast bar, hot breakfast buffet, and coffee area for all guests in a 72 room hotel.
Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area
Receives weekly food inventory and paper goods and stores all food items using FIFO.
Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
Fills out the necessary order forms, in the absence of the operations manager.
