In accordance with the CMS mandate, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or approved for a medical or religious exemption from vaccination. Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet all patients and visitors cheerfully.
Answer telephone, triage calls, and maintain records of exam.
Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers.
Register patients, help with the completion of necessary forms, and direct to the appropriate staff person, if needed.
Complete encounter form upon arrival and checking (electronic and/or paper).
Assist Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Assistants, and Office Manager as requested.
Maintain neat, clean, and professional work area.
Maintain established department policies.
Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
