NFL Films in Mt. Laurel, NJ is looking for multiple Seasonal Production Assistants to join the Producers Department starting late October 2022.
This is a creative role assisting and supporting Producers with logging, editing, researching, and various other tasks for projects airing across multiple types of media platforms (broadcast, cable, streaming, social, etc). This role is best for candidates focused on long-form, documentary-style production & storytelling in sports, who aspire to become a sports documentary Producer. This is an in-office/in-person position located in Southern New Jersey. This position is entry-level and Seasonal (temporary: up to 7 months).
Assist & support Producers in the production of high-profile TV shows, documentaries, features, digital and social projects through the following:
Researching, logging, organizing, and editing current & archival footage (games, interviews, b-roll, radio calls) on Avid Media Composer.
Researching storylines, history of players/teams.
Assisting Producers with additional duties related to programming, as assigned.
Candidate must be available to start on Monday, October 24, 2022.
Willingness & availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexible hours including early mornings and later evenings.
Availability to work up continuous days during some show production from mid-season through Super Bowl.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Television/Film or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience in television/film production.
Previous non-linear editing experience (Avid Media Composer is preferred).

Expected Hours of Work
Candidate must be available to start on October 24, 2022.
The schedule of this role includes continuous work for the duration of a high-profile show. Continuous days begin the first week of November and potentially continue through Super Bowl in February 2023. Candidate must be available for this schedule.
Candidate must be available & willing to work evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
Varies based upon time of year, but shifts may range from Sunday – Saturday, mornings, afternoons, and overnights.
+/- 40 hours/week
