Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am -5pm (in-office)
Attire: Business Casual (Fridays ONLY employees can wear jeans
Essential Functions:
1) Will serve as the Corporate receptionist
a) Answer phones
b) Greet customers, clients, vendors
2) Assist with General Office duties such as:
a) Distribute mail – USPS, FedEx
b) Ordering supplies for entire office
3) Facilities
a) Kitchen re-stocking and up keep
b) Work closely with onsite vendors for misc. building items
c) Work room re-stocking and up keep
d) Maintain clean and tidy conference rooms and reception area
Work closely with sublease tenant for building issues
Additional Details:
– This candidate must be well spoken
– Professional
– Excellent verbal and written skills
– High School Diploma or educational equivalent
– If candidate has as few years’ experience that would be preferred but not required
– Must be able to start immediately
– Confidentiality is a must
