The Camp Registrar is responsible for ensuring all day camp registration packets are complete and processed in our database. In addition, this individual is critical to the compiling of proper group rosters, sign in sheets and attendance records during the summer. Registrar needs strong communication and organizational skills. Seasonal employment for the position.
Principle Responsibilities June-August (20-40 hours/week):
The Registrar is expected to include the following days/times in their weekly schedule: Mon 7:00am-430pm, Tues -Thu 7:30am-430pm, Fri 8am-5pm

Process parent payments that come to the camp office
Compile and print weekly master and group rosters & special consideration lists and disseminate information to groups in binder format
Coordinate new roster printings and scheduling for summer camp
Working with the site director, compile weekly camper attendance.
Answering camp communications via phone or email; managing camp communications
Assist with weekly Monday check-in, providing support for Camp Leadership with registration/payment related questions.
Assist Day Camp Leadership in the on-site maintenance of accurate camper records.
Work with online registration systems and record keeping including SGA registration program and CampDoc record keeping program
Any additional tasks deemed necessary and assigned by Camp Director

Prior experience with clerical and/or data entry related work.
Detail oriented and extremely organized
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Google Docs). Ability to quickly learn registration/payment system
Strong communication skills
